Advanced Heating & Air provides HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) services including installation, repair, maintenance, and consultation services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
3. Service Appointments
When scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information and to be available at the scheduled time. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. Estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
5. Warranties
We provide warranties on our workmanship and parts as specified in individual service agreements. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and parts. Warranty terms will be provided in writing with each service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Advanced Heating & Air shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Advanced Heating & Air and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. User Conduct

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
13. SMS and Text Message Opt-In
Advanced Heating & Air will be collecting opt-in verbally from their customers. The customers will be able to opt in to receive messages either in person at their physical location, or over a phone call if the customer calls. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask If the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications and job completion surveys. They will be verbally informed that "Message and data rates may apply", "Message frequency may vary", and they can "text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time and no further messages will be sent."
